Service design meet-up invitation → March 21 @ 19.30 → betahaus café

We shape our tools — and then our tools shape us”, Marshall McLuhan declared.

So let’s get together and share the things that might be tablestakes for one and a revelation to master a tricky challenge for another.

The March meet-up will be entitled ’Toolbox‘ and invites you to bring a tool or method you would like to share with fellow service designers. This might be an aid to ease client relationships, a trick to make routine tasks exciting again or an activity that works as ice-breaker within user interviews.
